    • We really enjoyed the third book in this series, you can really see the characters growing throughout.A brilliant read and like the first books in the series difficult to put down.My little one loves listening to a chapter at night before bed, and the chapter lengths are perfect for this purpose, they are just long enough that active children who won't sit still for long will gladly listen to a chapter. There is a consistent quality to the authors writing throughout the series and having now fini [...]

    • One doesn’t have to read too many reviews on to realise that many reviewers condemn perfectly good books simply because they are not to their taste. This is manifestly unjust. An honest reviewer must first try to ascertain the author’s intention, his target group, the appropriateness of the writing, and then assess, on the basis of what he has read, the extent to which the writer has succeeded or failed in achieving his objective. It quickly becomes apparent that Robin Chambers has two objec [...]

    • An enthralling virtual tour to the esoteric world!Robin Chambers has ardently driven a truly magical story onto an entire new dimension! This book, the third in the Myrddin’s Heir series brings with an acclimatizing atmospherein which the worlds of the humans intersect with that of fairies and the astral plane whereuponthe human “diplomats” present as wizards namely Gordon, Nick, Miranda and Grace united theirforces to influence and upset the fate of the two worlds!Gordon is quite the hero [...]

    • I wish more people would understand that sometimes the most merciful thing you can do is to allow someone to reap what they have sown.As a writer, you are encouraged to read. This series is one of three that I have been reading as I write. Mr. Chambers has a unique style that incorporates literature and history; so well embedded into the story that it does not detract but only adds to the tale. By reviewing the glossary when I hit a work or historical point with which I was unfamiliar, I found m [...]

    • With the third book of the series, Robin Chambers picks up several loose threads from Book 2 and uses these threads to unravel several huge secrets that shake the young wizards’ world. Elements that seemed like simple flights of fancy in Book 2 are now shown to have big ramifications, both good and bad. Miranda and Nick become more central to the story, and it is most gratifying to see their growth as they mature. At the same time, the Fantastic Foursome encounter new villains that are more fo [...]

    • This series keeps getting better and better. I'll be honest, I read books 3 and 4 one after the other, so they feel like one volume in my head. But that shows how smoothly the story flows from one book to then next. Gordon and Grace continue to grow in power and in wisdom, and Nick and Miranda start to come into their own as characters. This is a special series, and, as always, the glossary in the back does a fine job adding depth to an already layered story. The author is obviously a very well r [...]

    • I'll say it again: I am hooked on this series. Quality of Mercy is the third book in the Myrddin's Heir series, and it's every bit as good as the first two in this series. The action ramps up quite a bit in Quality of Mercy, and I held my breath for most of chapter 73. Highly recommended to anyone who hasn't yet read this one. I think in my earlier reviews of books 1 and 2, I mentioned this, but each book has an extensive section at the end of the story, that contains a glossary of terms and say [...]
